Aspen Golf

Originally released to the market in 2005, MRI Constructions first-ever development project, Aspen Golf, was an immediate success. Containing 394 apartments, the complex was SOLD OUT within a month of being released to the market.

This was due in no small part to the hard work of the MRI Construction team in identifying the benefits of investing long-term in the Bansko area long before this development was released.

The plot itself was identified outside the normal areas being pursued by many other developers, MRI Construction choosing instead to carry out painstaking research and interviewing all local and national agencies who would have an important role to play in the future growth of this area.

We decided to build in the Razlog Valley, at a strategic position between the already announced Bansko ski resort and 2 further resorts we knew were planned for the future, Kulinoto and Dobrinishte. The Aspen Golf development will be centrally located between these 3 resorts, thereby providing added rental possibilities for owners.

Work on the Kulinoto Ski Resort has been approved and is due to begin creating a further 60kms of ski area. Also in Dobrinishte the 40km ski area has received full approval. The overall plan for the area is to join the three resorts in the future to create 1 super resort with casinos, spas, entertainment centres, etc.

Aspen Golf was highly placed in receiving several international awards including Best Bulgarian Development, Best Affordable Development and Best Ski Development, not bad for our first ever project.

Of course, awards mean nothing unless they are backed up by fact, and the fact is that during Aspen Golf´s first season as a holiday destination it has received high praise on independent websites, including a 10 out of 10, whilst realizing an overall 8.2 out of 10 for value for money. Of course the services can be improved, but all-in-all, very high marks for our first development, during its first period of operation.

Facilities on-site include restaurant and bar, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room and massage rooms. Additional services provided include administration reception area, shop, Wi-Fi zone, 24hr security, and shuttle bus to the local ski resorts for all residents.
